Position Available
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Join our vibrant team as a dynamic Accounts Executive, where you’ll thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead initiatives to generate new sales and foster existing accounts for our Managed Solutions services, employing astute and consultative methodologies. We’re seeking a candidate with a proven track record in business-to-business sales equipped with a knack for effectively communicating our value proposition. While not mandatory, experience in project management, inventory management, master data management, distribution management, and asset management would be highly advantageous.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas using various outbound prospecting methods.

• Create trusted customer relationships with a focus on solving customer pain points.

• Make sufficient prospecting calls each week to identify new business opportunities with prospects based on guidelines established by RIGSERV.

• Develop a pipeline of business opportunities equivalent to six times monthly quota through pursuit of inbound leads, networking, referrals, and self-generated prospects.

• Drive sales through product knowledge, customer service, and problem solving.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Successfully propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new account locations by leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Consistently and accurately maintain information in the sales CRM system including forecast business on a quarterly basis.

• Establish and manage executive level customer relationships.

• Manage complex sales process with multiple prospect engagement points in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.

• Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

• Leverage and maximize marketing campaigns to increase the pipeline as well as close opportunities.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Sales and strategic customer development experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota.

• Track record in closing large, complex deals in targeted verticals.

• Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.

• Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and credibility.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly and annual goals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.

• Ability to resolve complex problems.

• Willingness to travel 10% to 15% or more as needed.

PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects successfully to meet the required deliverables within the stipulated budget and schedule.

This role also entails ensure meeting the quality and safety requirements of the project, company and client. 

The project manager is expected to proactively initiate activities and improvements to maximize the value of the project while complying to the project contract.

The job will include, but not limited to, the following main tasks:

• Ensure the project meets the defined scope while adhering to the approved schedule and budget

• Project planning which shall include but not limited to defining the project scope, project schedule, objectives, and deliverables

• Assess potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate them through a risk management plan and maintain a risk register

• Manage the project team including resource allocation and resolving project team issues

• Manage client expectations by ensuring optimal communication and ensure client satisfaction during and after the completion of the project

• All project activities should be conducted while complying with regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards

• Maintain and communicate project documentation, including project schedule, risk register, resource tracker, change request, benefit tracker, status reports and other required project documentation

• Manage, document and communicate scope changes to all stakeholders

• Coordinate with the client, vendors and any third parties as per the requirement of the project

• Obtain formal acceptance of project deliverables from stakeholders

• Identify lessons learned from the project, document best practices, and areas for improvement

• Conduct a project review and evaluation

• Willingness to travel to client locations periodically

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / supply chain or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in project management including client interface

• Prefer project experience in supply chain operations in an asset-intensive environment with strong working knowledge of key supply chain functions

• Prior experience in leading a project team

SUPPLY CHAIN PRACTITIONER

We are seeking an experienced and well-versed Supply Chain Practitioner to lead a variety of supply chain optimization initiatives and play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience and expertise in business operations, logistics, inventory, procurement, vendor management, and using technology and data analysis tools to enhance decision-making.

A proven track record of successfully delivering results in a complex consulting environment is highly desirable.

Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project management for supply chain optimization initiatives, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Client Interaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships by understanding and catering to their business needs.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, identifying risks, and solutions.
• Risk Management
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Supply Chain Expertise

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including data analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts, to execute project tasks.

Performance Management

• BA/BS In supply chain management, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in a supply chain management role
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability and willingness to support multiple roles within the organization as business demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
